As a customer and commercial focused technologist, Mony effectively leverages insights, technology capabilities, operating model and commercial model to collaboratively solve complex business problems through analysis, strategy & planning, design, experimentation, full-scale implementation, change adoption and benefit realisation.  

 

Mony has a strong track record in delivering results, including,

• Performing 7 different leadership roles through the start-up, scale-up and transformation phases of Three UK, Mony played an instrumental role in transforming the business performance of Three, through shift in customer experience, and establishing market leadership for mobile internet/broadband

• Leading a team of consultants, secured and executed several technology transformation projects for operator customers of Ericsson in the UK, Italy and India 

• Secured and executed many IT consulting projects for several clients across banking, utility, manufacturing, education, and defence sectors in Asia

 

Mony holds an MBA degree in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering. He is ITILV4 and Prince2 Agile certified, and trained on modern technologies, architecture, practices and ways-of-working.
