Andy Steele

Andy Steele has a track record of delivering transformational change across technology, improving the flow of work through IT delivery processes, target operating model and organisation design. He is passionate about people, ensuring they are supported and motivated to perform at their best and develop in their careers.

Andy has experience across IT strategy, architecture and delivery. He has delivered significant improvements in time to market and cost reduction, and enabled innovative service delivery, leading programmes across infrastructure, cloud, digital, data and analytics, BSS and OSS. He is experienced in engaging and influencing senior executives, including the C-suite, on technology and business decisions.

Andy spent 14 years at Three and held a number of senior positions in the IT organisation, serving for his final three years as Director of IT Architecture and Solutions. He is a recognised people leader with an open, collaborative approach and a clear communication style that drives engagement. Before Three, Andy worked at Orange UK and IBM in IT delivery roles.
